Privacy policy
This policy explains what data Tanglaw AI collects when you use the service, why we collect it, and how you can have it removed.
Last updated 5 October 2026
Data we collect
- Account details: your name, work email, company and password hash when you sign up.
- Ad platform data: campaign, ad group, keyword, audience, creative and performance data from the accounts you connect.
- Site data: crawl results, Search Console and analytics data for sites you add to SEO Autopilot.
- Usage data: pages viewed in the dashboard, approvals and dismissals, and technical logs needed to run the service.
Ad platform access
You connect accounts through the official OAuth flow of each platform. We never see or store your platform password. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to read performance data and to apply changes you have approved or allowed through autopilot rules. You can revoke access at any time from the Integrations page or from the platform itself.
How we use data
To audit your accounts, generate recommendations, apply approved changes, track results, send you reports and alerts, and improve the recommendation models. We do not sell your data and we do not share account data between customers.
Processors
We use cloud hosting, email delivery and AI model providers to run the service. Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement and receives only what is needed to perform its function.
Retention and deletion
Performance data is kept while your account is active and for 90 days after it is closed, so you can export it. To delete your account and all connected data, email hello@tanglaw.ai from the address on the account. Deletion completes within 30 days. Self service deletion from Settings is on the roadmap and this policy will say so when it exists.
